DETAILS REGARDING MILCOM AND COVID POLICIES
  1. MILCOM2021 is currently planned as an in-person conference. We encourage authors and attendees to participate in face-to-face technical exchanges for a fruitful conference experience.
  2. For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, the paper needs to have a full conference registration and be presented at the conference, according to IEEE Conference publication policies.
  3. Given the uncertainty of travel restrictions, we would recommend the author to have presentation arrangement if he/she cannot attend the conference in person. The authors can ask a colleague to present the paper for them, or have a pre-recorded video and ask the Session Chair to present it during the conference.
  4. Please notify the track chairs in advance and coordinate with the session chair if the author cannot make the travel to the conference.

These guidelines will be applicable not only to international authors but also to domestic authors as well.
