Government Rate: The Hotel reserves the right to charge the prevailing U.S. government prescribed per diem in effect at the time of the Meeting (currently US$161). The Government rate will not exceed the Group Rate.

The Hotel may require a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a particular reservation. To guarantee an individual reservation, a guest must either (1) send a signed letter or form authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit of first night’s rate and applicable taxes to the guest’s credit card or (2) give the guest’s credit card information by telephone and authorize a charge for a room deposit of first night’s rate and applicable taxes. Such charge will be posted to the credit card account upon arrival. Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 a.m. the following morning, at which time the reservation and deposit are forfeited. Should guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received prior to 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the arrival date.
